Permission To Travel form: Teams traveling from outside of the South Texas Youth Soccer Association designated boundaries may be required to provide a Permission to Travel Form to their respective home soccer association. If this is the case, the form will be available after you have registered for your event in GotSoccer.Then, from your own team account, go to "Events" tab, find the tournament you have registered for, click on "Available eTravel Forms/Request" button. This can only be accessed within your team account.
Tournament team check-in Friday, August 30th at Westchase Marriott from 6pm - 9pm. Click here for a map. Registration will take place at the Houston Marriott Westchase 2900 Briarpark Drive. Hotel guests should enter through the front entrance on Briarpark Drive.
What to bring to check-in:
1. Got Soccer Roster
ALL players must be on your Got Soccer registration roster to be eligible to play. Rosters - populate Got Soccer tournament roster by Midnight Wednesday August 28th. Rosters will be frozen at that time. If the player is not on the roster they will not be allowed to play in the tournament. All appropriate team registration and age bracket will be based on South Texas Youth Soccer Association's (STYSA) published age-birth year parameters. See Rules for STYSA link.
GUEST PLAYERS: No limit on guest players but ALL players must be added to the team's Got Soccer roster to be eligible to play.
2. Valid player cards for each player** NOTE: Every player must have a Fall 2012/Spring 2013 signed and laminated player ID card (USYSA/STYSA/US Club Soccer) available for inspection at check-in.If the player card is not assembled and laminated at the time of registration, you will not be able to register until the cards are completed.
Tournament officials reserve the right to check player cards at the site of any game the team/player participates in.
INTERNATIONAL TEAMS must have a valid passport for each player.
3. Medical Release Form for each player
Each player must have a signed medical release by parent of guardian if under the age of 18. This needs to be completed prior to registration.

Have player information alphabetized in ring binder or notebook.
Have legible copy of player's birth certificate as an additional resource in case of game protest or player card issue.
Obtain guest player's card from current team 1 week before tournament check-in. Must be signed and laminated before check-in or you will not be allowed to check in. Kinko's is close to hotel.
